DIGITAL KEEP · PRIVATE BETA

Beta data policy

This preview is for fictional test data. Do not use it as your only copy of any information and do not enter real sensitive information.

What is stored

The platform stores your account, encrypted vault content and files, test contacts, access history and feedback. The beta team can see invitation status and submitted feedback, including screenshots. Team members cannot view another person’s vault through the admin panel. Server operators control the encryption keys.

Access and retention

Your beta access ends on the date in your dashboard unless the team extends it. Expiration blocks sign-in and protected APIs but does not immediately delete your data. The team will announce the end of the beta at least 14 days in advance and provide an export window. Beta accounts and test content are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after the beta closes. Security and operational logs may be retained for up to 30 days longer to investigate failures. Backup copies must expire within 30 days after live data deletion; a restore must replay deletions before access is re-enabled.

Export and deletion

While you have access, use Account tools to export your data or delete your account. If access has expired, contact the beta team through your invitation contact to request an export or deletion. Requests must be verified against the account email. The team records completion in the beta operations log.

Feedback screenshots

Attach only images needed to explain a bug. Remove names, passwords, tokens and other private information before sending them. Feedback is visible to the beta triage team.
